Been using this for 9 months and have seen absolutely 0 difference. When i wake up in the morning my lines are actually worse than when i went to bed. Loreal nicinimide+ hylaronic acid seems to do more of a job then this product. Si disapointing….

Greta product but please change packaging

I use this regularly and would keep buying it but the packaging leads to product waste. I need to pull the lid off to remove the silver seal and putting it back on requires squeezing the tube & I get a lot of it on my hands before I even start using it. So sad!!

Opened packaging

Not happy with the packaging because when I opened the packet, nozal was open. I was very much disappointed me because for me this was open which should never be for a new cream.

Very frustrating packaging open

I started from very excited to feeling so angry with just the huge effort to figure out how to open the tube. If you have a unique way to open the product, printing a small instructions wouldn't hurt. I can't even to open the tube. I haven't have a chance to use the product but already get so put off using it already. And no thanks I would not buy this again and not feeling to try any of your products come with this very stupid packaging.

Nice Feel

Fells good, soaks in well. No noticeable difference yet, but I’m very happy in comparison to other eye creams.

So far so good!

I was hesitant to use a retinol product around my eyes. This product is not aggresive, smelly or thick. Only need a small amount. Goes on easily. I seem less puffy under the eyes in the mornings. Too early to see any great wrinkle changes, but they seem less dehydrated. Impressed overall.

Wouldn’t but again

I used this eye cream and also the Vit C eye cream before I purchased the retinol one. Didn’t see any difference with either product. Wouldn’t buy either product again.

Caused redness and swelling

I used the eyecream for about a week and noticed redness and swelling around my right eye. Very disappointing as it seems to be designed for sensitive eyes. I've never had any eyecream causing these reactions.

Too strong and irritating

I use this cream once during the night and next day I was feeling my eye cotour burning. I continue with the same feeling for more than two weeks.I couldn't use any other cream to relief my pain so my skin was red and dry. Horrible experience, the packaging just says that could be discomfort during first use of retinol, but for me was more than "discomfort"

Holy Grail of Eye Creams

I've been using this product for approx 3 months and......WOW! Absolutely NO eye irritation. It has lived upto what it promises and i had noticeable improvments from the very first use!!! This is an absolute must in my nightly routine! It has also visibly improved a burst capillary i have had under eye area for the past 7 years!!!! Nothing has helped repair or reduce it like this product has!!! My fine lines are also greatly reduced and my eyes are much brighter thanks to the reduction in my dark circles. Highly recommended this!!!!
