Wipes off brown ?
Recently noticed this goes on green to freshly cleaned skin. As expected. But wipes off brown before moisturiser or foundation applied. Strange. Don’t know if this is normal or oxidising on contact with skin

Effective for redness and dry skin.
Love it. Visibly reduces my rosacea redness on nose and cheeks . Is actually a very nourishing moisturiser for my dry skin as well. It’s a light lotion consistency so I thought I’d need to add a rich emollient on top, but it’s surprisingly moisturising.

Bring back the old formula.
The new version of Rosaliac AR is horrible. It gets clogged in any dry skin and has a very white residue, is not hydrating at all. The old formula Rosaliac AR intense was fantastic, very hydrating which lasted 2 days or more and felt extremely moisturising. Very disappointed with the change.

Awesome product... wasteful packaging.
I have been using this product for a year or so, I love everything about... except the packaging, so much waste! I don't wear makeup daily, but this tones down redness so much that it looks like I am wearing makeup. It would be much preferred if this came in a tube that I could cut the end off and scoop the rest of the product out.

used this product for my red face and its terrible. leaves a chalky muk on my face and it flaky which looks terrible on my skin. it so expensive and a total waste of money... i shouldve look at the reviews before i bought it because others have had the same experience so it seems..

Reduces redness reasonably, leaves white residue
I have red (rosacea) sensitive skin. This does help reduce the appearance of the redness, but it leaves a white residue in places.

Won't be a returning customer for this one
So disappointed with this new version of the rosaliac moisturiser. Loved the previous one, but this one does anything but glide onto the skin and then leaves a chalky residue. I don't need to look ghostly white/green while having my skin feel so dry anyway. I will not be repurchasing this formula.

Disappointed with the new Rosaliac serum
I suffer from Rosacea and have been using the original Rosaliac AR Intense serum for many years. The last time I tried to purchase it I was informed that it had been discontinued and replaced by a similar product which I decided to try. Unfortunately there is no comparison between the two products. The original serum glided over my skin leaving it feel hydrated, soft and smooth, it was an amazing product. The new product feels chalky and heavy and my skin does not feel hydrated after application and after a couple of hours my skin feels flaky and dry. I'm trying to find another Company that has the same or similar product to the original serum as it was an amazing product.

Waste of $ for rosacaea
Nope. I have rosacaea and the green tint is weird and unflattering on my Fitzpatrick type 3 skin. It also does nothing and is non existent by the end of the day. There are better products out there.

Love this product, it’s a life saver!
I can’t believe it has taken me most of my life to find a face cream that does not make me go bright red. This is the bomb and an absolutely beautiful cream to put on, it makes my face look fresh and normal, the cream isn’t greasy on your skin either. I no longer have to cover my face with concealer and foundation just to go out in public. Thank you.

Really does calm redness
I tried this for red, irritated skin, it is greenish in colour and thick when applied. Once it settles into the skin you can actually see within minutes how much the redness calms down. I didn't think I'd be able to apply makeup over the top but surprisingly it accepted the makeup well. My skin didn't feel tight or sore like it was before applying this. Pleased so far!

Happy tears!
This girl cried literal happy tears. I was desperate to find something that worked that didn't require steroids and prescriptions and finally, I took the plunge and bought this. I spent months reading reviews and let me tell you, this feels like magic. My flare up was particularly bad this past week and after one application the redness was down, the bumps were soothed and the heat was gone! I am so glad I bought this. I'm set now.

Horrible
This is a concealer, is masks the redness of your skin like a foundation.
I’ve out this stuff on after a couple of hours grabbed a white towel, cleaned my face with water and the towel was a light brown just like when you clean off your foundation.
Im very disappointed with this product as they make it seem it will really help your skin. It does not it conceals your redness.

Not a fan of the texture of this cream
I don't like the feel of this cream. I do use all the other recommended ones for redness and love them. Love the Toleriane Ultra Dermallergo Hydrating Serum, Toleriane Overnight Moisturiser and Day Moisturiser and Cream Cleanser. Also use the Hyalu B5 Acid Serum (this can feel a little tacky but if you press it in to the skin as directed and not rub it into the skin - I find it works better). I also use the Mela B3 Serum at night. But like any layering of creams or serums - wait for it to dry before applying next round of creams/serums to face or neck.

Great Product with terrible pump dispenser
Really love this incredible
product but the pump bottle is just horrible. Not sure if I can purchase this agin due to not being able to pump product out and wasting so much.
Please put into a tube or improve the pump. Very disappointed.

It ruined my skin.
This product has actually ruined my skin and now my rosacea is back with a vengeance. The serum was amazing but this doesn’t compare and it is distressing - my skin is burning, dry, blistering and Iv stopped going out in public because it’s that bad. I can’t go to work without people asking what is wrong with my face, it is so upsetting. I feel almost suicidal, I am crying just writing this. I just want my normal skin back and this product ruined it. Bring back the serum.

No longer soothing
I bought this a month ago thinking it was the original serum. However it’s horrible, it made my inflamed skin worse. I don’t understand how this is an improvement? The original serum was literally the only thing that would calm my skin. This is now like every other product that claims to work, but doesn’t. Please bring back the previous product.

Not great
It feels like you’re putting green sunscreen on your face , the green does cover a little bit of redness but it makes your face look worse because it doesn’t sink in to your skin. If you have dry patches of skin it sticks to it and looks horrible . Doesn’t feel moisturising at all .

Terrible upgrade
The serum was amazing. This new upgrade is like smearing a green mud mask on your face. It's not moisturising and feels awful. Please bring back the serum.

Worst formula ever
The original version used to be so good. The new version it’s terrible. Doesn't matter how much you prepare your skin before or not using nothing and just the cream. The cream gets your skin looking white caked. I tried with the thermal water first but still the same. If you want to look like you have chalk in your face go for it. There is other French brands who make it better for Rosacea’s.

Dissatisfied and disappointed
This is nothing like it's predecessor serum. It's not soothing and not hydrating at all. Makes my skin feel dry and it doesn't help at all with calming the redness like the serum did. Both dermatologists I have seen are shocked and can't understand why the serum was discontinued as that was their number 1 product they advised patients to use. Also several pharmacies I went to trying to buy what was left of the serum were also in disbelief it has been discontinued.
This new replacement AR moisturiser is a total waste of money.

Bring back the Serum
Very disappointed to see that La Roche- Posay has dropped the serum, it was such a great product and it helped with my Rosacea - my skin glowed. Now I feel like I'm wearing a green mask with the rosaliac ar. Please bring back the serum.

Terrible change of formula
The serum was amazing. This new "upgrade" is just awful. It's not at all moisturising and leaves a clay like look on your face. I can not wear it under makeup as it makes me look like a clown as well as not blending at all. I'm so disappointed in the product change

Terrible product
I am so disappointed the serum has been discontinued. I have rosacea and my skin needs nourishment. I was able to use the serum under a rich moisturiser as my daily routine. This product is a thick green awful paste that does not blend well and is not at all moisturising. I now have to give up on rosaliac and find a better product elsewhere.

An unworthy replacement
I had purchased the original serum a few times over the past 2 years for my teenage daughter. At the time she suffered from sensitivity and redness around her mouth and chin. The serum was a game changer for her and she loved it.
Her skin has flared up again after about 6 months. I purchased assuming it was the same product. She was very disappointed and told me to not buy it again. 14yo said it doesn't rub in and you can see a green tinge on her skin, like a bad camouflage. May be able to cover with makeup but she doesn't wear any. Also seems to provides no actual benefit to reducing redness, just covers it.
Sadly she is now putting up with sore red skin until we can find a replacement product that does the same wonders as your original serum.
I am sure the new product may work for some but from the reviews of the original, that worked for everyone. Why not offer both options?

Ghastly. I have been using Rosaliac for years and loved it. I dont understand why they have changed it to be now a green colour instead of nice tan brown. When I put it on I looked like a corpse. Realy angry I spent a lot of money on this bottle without realising the formula had changed. I want a refund!

This is very different to Rosaliac Intense
This is more like a redness corrector than a serum. I’m not convinced my skin even likes it but will persevere for the time being. Please bring back the old formulation which was much more nourishing and protective.

They’ve changed the product from a serum to a moisturiser & it’s just awful. I look like a clown when I wear it. I’ve used the serum for years & it worked. Won’t be buying this again.

Bring back AR Intense - this product is AWFUL
I wish I'd never purchased this new product (Toleraine Rosaliac AR Moisturiser for Anti-Redness) - which is absolutely **not** a replacement for the previous product which had been a recommendation of my doctor (Rosaliac AR Intense). I've had the same issues as others have mentioned, so I'm not going to bother duplicating their comments here.

Wanted to love it ):
I am a huge lover of La Roche Posay products. Recently I have been suffering from rosacea flare up's and I have been desperate to get my skin under control. I had high hopes for this product but was underwhelmed. The product did feel good when applying it, and provided some redness coverage. However, not even within five minutes it started to pill and just look awful on the skin. I thought maybe this was because no other products should be on the skin and I had applied it over my sunscreen in the middle of the day, but the same thing happened when I gave it another try at night with clean skin. I also felt no difference in skin hydration, if anything my skin felt worse after having this product on for a couple hours. Will not be buying again unless the formula changes. I really hate to leave a bad review but don't want anyone else desperate for redness relief to waste their money.

Why did you change a favourite?
Hi team - you give the same response to all the people who have been using this for years. Please tell us why you changed the formula? My dermatologist originally recommended this brand as it was sensitive but powerful formulas. The intense was literally the only formula that treated my Roscea. Why are you changing the products to be more cosmetic when theres a popular market already? Please don't give the generic response on what the new formula is, and please provide the reason for the change.

This cream is horrible
I bought this in absence of the Rosaliac AR Intense cream which seems to be discontinued (?). It's a green colour that doesn't absorb into the skin, but just sits on the skin as a layer. Leaves my skin irritated and just as dry as no cream. It then rubs off as a thick creamy paste.

New to using La Roche Posay products
I really like this redness reducing moisturiser. I like the green tinge and the lightness of the product that spreads easily without dragging at my skin. The only negative I have is that it does not have any SPF sun protection which means I need to use yet another lotion over the top. Please consider adding sun protection to this product 😊 I would have rated higher if it included sun protection.

Please bring back old formula
After years of success with rosalic intense I was shocked to see a replacement which does not compare to the old formula. Please bring it back. The older product changed my life after suffering
from redness on my forehead for years.

Bring back the serum!
This is not at all a replacement for the rosaliac AR intense serum, which was the best product I ever used for my sensitive skin and redness. The current product is not at all similar to the serum and I’m so disappointed it was discontinued

So disappointed
I have been using the Rosaliac serum for years and love it! I recently went to repurchase and discovered it has been replaced with this, which I purchased but have discovered I am allergic to it. So disappointed it has been reformulated.

Made rosacea worse
This caused my skin to itch so badly that i had to wash it off. Gave it another go the next day and within minutes my rosacea got worse. The product did not absorb into the skin instead leaving a residue.

Nothing like the past Rosaliac
The last Rosaliac did wonders for my red skin. This new face cream leaves an awful residue type of feeling on your skin. I don't want a green filmy layer to cover up my redness. I want a cream that actually maintains my sensitive skin colour naturally. Please bring back the old formula.

I’m in mourning.
NOOOOO! 😭 Where is AR Intense? Please tell me this is not the replacement? This is a totally different type of product. AR was an incredible product you could use morning and night and layer under other products, like sunscreen, serums or makeup. This product is more like a CC cream, similar to other green-turning-skin- tone products on the market. It looks like I’m wearing makeup and I can’t put your sunscreen, serums, foundation or anything over the top because it smudges and has bits breaking up and moving around the skin. It’s like rubbing on sunscreen over the top of foundation! Ew. I need to put rosacea fighting things on the base otherwise the other products bring out redness. AR is MAGIC!!! I’ve been a loyal La Roche-Posay customer for over 3 years now, and I’ve recruited so many others to your range, because it really works and I absolutely love it. It’s the longest relationship I’ve ever had with a single skincare brand. I love everything I’ve tried (and I’ve tried everything). I don’t use any other skincare, because your brand caters my every need. Especially Rosacea! AR Intense changed my life and my skin is the best it’s been in years! Please, please, please bring it back and sit it along side this product. I don’t think I can live without it, and I don’t want to go through the process of searching through other brands to find a range to replace this, but I may have too. Loyal, but bothered (and potentially soon to be very sad Rosacea flared customer😢), Sam.

Awful bring back the serum
This just feels like cheap makeup. I don’t want to cover my rosacea I want to treat it. The serum was helping my rosacea so well and now that it’s discontinued my skin is back to looking horrible. Will have to find another brand. Extremely upsetting.

Great moisturiser!
I'd never tried this moisturiser before but I'm glad I did. I liked the actual product, ie the consistency, texture and colour before I even put it on my face. And my face loved it too! And yes it does its job of minimising redness. So if you haven't used give it a go, you'll be glad you did.

Covers redness temporary
It is better for covering redness rather than reducing redness. I have mild rosacea and purchased this in the hopes it would calm down my skin but it is more of a colour corrector.

Not as good as previous Rosaliac AR Intense
Giving this 5 stars just so people will see this.
Terrible replacement for the now discontinued Rosaliac AR Intense. This is just a green based bb/cc cream and doesn't work anywhere near as effectively. If you want that, there are plenty of alternatives that are much more effective.
If you have facial hair, the cream will not help lighten and reduce the redness in those areas, instead those areas will look weirdly gray.

Green!!
I bought the Toleriane Rosaliac as have some redness on cheeks. I immediately hated the colour as it does not melt into complexion. It stays green and is not suitable as a moisturiser, let alone under makeup.

It ran out so quickly :-(
I bought this a month ago and it's already finished. I didn't use it everyday so for the price, I'm pretty disappointed. That's a shame because it seemed to work quite well at reducing redness and staying intact during the day. It won't repurchase due to the short timeframe and cost.
