How To
1.CLEANSE Apply cleanser using fingertips then carefully wipe off using a cotton disc. Take care not to over wipe. Best gentle cleanser

So gentle that it works on my extremely sensitive skin! After washing my face my skin feels moisturiser and not dry or tight at all! I can now wash my face several times a day without worrying about my skin drying. Because you can wipe it off too, instead of rinse, it's convenient to clean your face anywhere.

Most gentle yet effective cleanser!

I bought this cleanser recently as I was looking for something really gentle for my skin. I'd tried a few different cleansers and creams in the last few months and had some reactions so I needed to heal my skin. This cleanser is extremely gentle on sensitive skin and also helped with my redness and breakout (from other products). My skin felt much better (not as sore) and it feels really nice and cooling on the skin. It's also helped to keep my skin really clear! This will be my go to from now on!

A let down

I have used multiple of the La Roche Posay products and absolutely love them but this particular cleanser has been a disappointment. I had to incorporate using makeup pads to be able to effectively remove my makeup and spf products and it left my skin feeling greasy and my pores clogged. I tired to persevere but have only used 1/4 and have now disregarded this bottle.

Yes! Yes! Yes!

Finally a cleanser that doesn’t irritate my skin. I’m a long time Rosacea sufferer who is forever trial and erroring cleansers. At long last I can stop looking. Does everything it claims. Zero irritation and makeup free after using as instructed. I prefer to rinse off but totally not necessary. Thankyou La Roche Posay, just another one of your products to add to my permanent buy list. Looking forward to trying more items from the Toleriane range.

Disappointed With Performance

I was a bit disappointed with this cleanser. It is quite difficult to remove and I found makeup residue on my towel after using. So, as a makeover remover, it’s not great. I wish the Efficlar H Cleansing Cream was still available.

For optimal application, we advise patting on our cleanser and massaging into the skin in a circular motion. Ensure you wipe off product with a cotton ball/pad, taking care not to rub. Follow by rinsing the face with water and pat dry. Disappointed with cleansers + sizes of containers

Neither cleansers remove make-up so I have reverted back to my previous cleanser. The sunscreen is much runnier than the sample product I trialled. Did I order the wrong one ? The moisturiser although good - is not value for money considering just how small the container it is in. A bit disappointing overall with my purchases.

Gentle cleanser

Love this cleanser and have been using it religiously for the last year. My skin became very senstive after wearing harsh PPE as an ICU nurse. This cleanser was gentle on my skin but still left with me with fresh and clean skin

lifesaver for sensitive eyes & skin!

a gentle cleanser and makeup remover i can’t recommend more. I have sensitive eyes and need to remove makeup including mascara in evenings with something no irritating or i wake up with frog eyes! this soothing cleanser is beautifully unscented, a lovely texture, and once massaged into skin, removes everything. I rinse then use a warm chamois to be sure i’m squeaky clean. Skin feels moisturised and fresh, even before serum and moisturiser.

Lovely gentle and hydrating

I bought this 2 days ago and I'm very impressed. It gives a gentle clean and leaves my skin feeling hydrated and lightly moisturised. It's got a nice soft creamy texture and doesn't foam, which I like. Doesn't irritate my skin either.

Good for morning but not for night

I have been happily using Clinique for years but decided to try La Roche-Posay after a recent perioral dermatitis (rosacea) break out. I am also using several prescription skin treatments including Retrieve, Epiduo and Rozac so my skin is quite fragile and sensitive. I chose this particular cleanser because the packaging said it was suitable for face AND eyes whereas others said they were not suitable for eyes. This is a nice morning cleanser as it leaves my skin feeling soft and smooth however, I am disappointed with it as a night cleanser. Even after a double cleanse, rinsing with water and a face washer there is still makeup residue on the toner cotton pad. Perhaps this is more suitable for people who don’t wear make up.
