Light, don’t need much ( which is great because the price is high) my sensitive skin loves it and my redness has calmed. Not totally gone but around 70% which is great.

Phyto A+ Brightening Treatment

I’m using it in between my retinol days when my skin is feeling a bit sensitive & needs a good soothing product to calm my skin down. Light and Fresh!

I had hoped it would make a difference to some acne scarring I have leftover from many years ago but I am yet to notice any significant improvement. However, it did leave my skin feeling really refreshed, bright and well moisturised. I do struggle with sensitive skin but had no reaction to this whatsoever; it has a lovely smooth gel-like consistency and my skin absorbed it easily without feeling like it needed additional moisturiser. It has quite a medicinal (but not unpleasant) smell which I always think this is a good indication that it contains some high-quality ingredients!

Effective moisturiser

It did take a few days for my face to get use to this serum, it felt ‘tight’ however, this did only last a day or two. There’s a noticeable difference to my complexion, my skin looks clearer, more radiant and is smooth. The moisturisers is dispensed through a pump and I find 1 pump is enough, a little of this product goes a long way.

Great Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this in combination with Phyloretin CF and the Oil Shield UV Defence Sunscreen. After cleansing I apply the Phyloretin CF, then the Photo A+ Brightening Treatment followed by the Oil Shield UV Defence Sunscreen. At first I was concerned that the Photo A+ moisturiser would not give enough moisture as it is very light. This was not the case and I was very happy with the moisturiser. The three in combination leave my skin smooth and ready for make up. Really happy with this product.

Results driven moisturiser

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have slowly been introducing this into my skincare routine after a few flare ups in December which meant I stripped back on a lot of products. I started by using a couple of times a week and am now using every morning and I am really happy with the results, it has really helped with the redness around my chin and cheeks which is now far less noticeable and whilst using it alongside my skinceuticals vit c serum I get a really beautiful glow, which is very much needed in these winter months. Life changing product.

Help needed

Nice and light for oily skin

Lovely but not for me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a total Skinceuticals fan and use their products daily but I don’t think this particular moisturiser is suited to my skin type, being quite dry and mature. I did notice some brightening and my skin felt nice but a little dry and so I needed to add a richer moisturiser on top. I think this product would be ideal for younger or oiler skin types looking for balancing of oil and brightening. So a good product but not geared towards my needs so I’ll finish it happily but won’t repurchase.

My new favourite, must have moisturiser

A noticeable improvement

Healthy looking Winter skin

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having used C E Ferulic throughout the Winter months my skin already had a healthy glow, but since adding Phyto A+ brightening moisturiser to my routine, I’m positively glowing! I apply in the morning after my vitamin C serum, waiting a few minutes for absorption. The product has a soothing, gel like consistency which spreads easily with only 2 pumps needed. Lovely and soothing

It does seem to soothe my skin which has some discolouration and redness, especially helpful in winter time when skin is battered by wind/cold and central heating. Amazing brightening cream

Great brightening moisturiser

I have already seen a subtle brightening of my skin and while my skin is oily, it gets dehydrated. With this product I have noticed my skin seems plump and my find lines are less visible. Lovely as a serum

Bright and blissfully soothing.

The moment I put the Phyto A+ brightening moisturiser onto my face, my skin (quite literally) sang. I can’t describe it any other way. It feels incredibly comfortable and soothing. And in confirmation, even after the first use, when I looked in the mirror, my skin was already brighter. I used (as directed) in combination with my other skinceutical products. Which is; after cleansing and with clean skin I start with a layer of CE Feurulic serum, followed by HA Intensifier which I then topped with Phyto A+ brightening moisturiser. (Then SPF). I time 2 minutes in between each layer to ensure maximum impact between the products without my routine taking up too much time. The 2 minutes came from a 121 zoom call with the skinceuticals experts. I really needed the advice, particularly, to understand which order the products go onto my skin, as well as time inbetween. My 48 year old skin has really loved the addition of the Phyto A+ brightening moisturiser. This is now firmly part of my skincare regime.

Healing moisturizer

I've been looking for a cream with Azelaic acid for a long time - the few I found made my skin too oily-looking. But not this one ! Perfect texture, leaves the skin soft and matte and I can layer the brightening sunscreen on top of it with such ease ! Highly recommend

At the beginning I was very skeptical about it as I am used to other acids with higher concentrations, however sometimes these kind of products irritated me. Incredible Product!

Seeing early benefits so can’t wait for long term ones!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I’m loving this moisturiser! For reference I’ve oily-combination skin that is blemish prone but with an area of sensitivity around my mouth. My skin is a fab of Azeliac acid so I was excited to try this cream. Texture wise it is super lightweight- a gel light texture that absorbs quickly into the skin. It dries down with a slightly tacky feel but once I’ve applied SPF that goes & can be left makeup free or my makeup applies well on top. I’ve noticed that my oiliness around my t-zone appears to be controlled a little better, which is amazing. The sensitivity & redness that I have around my chin has been fine with this cream, it feels soothing and hydrating and I believe I’m beginning to actually see a reduction in my redness- although it’s early days. I’m looking forward to seeing improvements in this if I’m already seeing a reduction so soon! There is a definite radiance to the moisturiser, in a natural ‘good skin’ way. Overall I’m very impressed and look forward to seeing further benefits with long term use!

Great moisturiser

I have combination skin, and in winter it can be quite annoying, the nose gets oily, and the forehead all dry and flakey, especially after using a lot of makeup. At the beginning my skin got a bit irritated using it morning and evening so i started using it only in the evening for a few days and that helped, now is well tolerated used twice a day and my skin starts to look brighter and tighter and a little redness on my cheeks is less visible, i had to perceiver a bit with this product but if it is well tolerated it works, also probably oily skins will tolerated better my skin is not too oily and it can make it a bit dry. Great for sensitive skin

My skin loves this

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy using this product, it feels very refreshing and moisturising with no greasiness or heaviness. It feels soothing to my skin, which can be irritated at times through retinol use. It's lightweight, doesn't clog my pores and helps with redness. Bit early to say if it will tackle stubborn hyperpigmentation but its definitely made my skin look more even toned and bright.

I have oily/dehydrated skin that used to be spot-prone, so I have to be very careful not to use anything to rich that might trigger another outbreak of adult acne. My skin has also become more sensitive, and struggles to cope with strong acids or even Vitamin C, so I was relieved to find a brightening serum with Azelaic Acid instead. I realised after using for a while that I didn't have to blot my t-zone half way through the day, like normal, and my make-up was still in-tact by the end of the day. It's so hydrating that I just apply my sunscreen on top and I'm good to go.

Overall Clearer Complexion

Hello bright skin!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pleasantly surprised with the early results from the Phyto A+. I normally use a heavier product so wasn’t expecting my skin to feel so nourished. It glides onto your skin with no sticky residue either. After a couple of days I noticed a real difference to the texture of my skin. There was also a noted difference in how my skin looked too, more radiant? I would say definitely yes! This is a product I will keep as a secret weapon to give my skin a bit of a reboot at certain times of year. Would recommend and purchase again.

I can truly say that one use of the moisturiser soothed my dry, irritated skin's redness, especially during the winter where my skin gets super dry. My stubborn scars were visibly less noticeable, current blemishes were less red, and my skin felt hydrated. Also, it does all this without the heaviness of other moisturisers. I'm very pleased with the results from this product.
