I am sure fine for others, but MY search continues...

I really wanted this to work...I have used Dermalogica for many, many years and suddenly in January my skin was reacting. At 48 yes old, I thought definitely something hormonal going on. A friend highly recommended the Neovadiol day/night cream. I have really given it a go as have used almost half of it, but my skin still feels dry, a little stingy when I apply (particularly the night one). Probably good for others, but definitely not me. My search continues...

Good moisturiser

I bought this because I was told it was really good for firming skin as it starts to sag, especially around the jawline, which I have. I've been using it for over 3 weeks now, and although my skin feels supersoft and smooth, there has been no change there at all. Maybe I need to give it longer, which I am happy to do, otherwise it makes a really good moisturiser.

Not for me

Bought this product for my peri skin, texture felt nice but the smell is unpleasant reminds me of a household cleaning product..also it gave me really deep heavy blemishes around my mouth area, I found that unusual. Will not be buying again or recommending

Excellent!

Recently I have been using the Neovadiol Peri-Menopausal range. I have been using the Meno 5 Bi-serum, Redensifying Plumping Day cream & the Multi-corrective eye & lip care. My skin had become dull & my fine lines appeared more prominent but after using these products I have noticed a dfference. My skin feels more hydrated & firmer & lines less noticable. You only need a small amount of each product & the day cream smells lovely!

I'm almost 49 years old and I noticed my skin starting to become dull, more wrinkles, some spots. I decided to try this cream, since I heard Vichy is a very reliable brand. Easy to apply, no scent, disappear into the skin quite fast. After using daily for almost a month, I noticed an improvement of the overall look of my face - no more spots, hydrated, some wrinkles disappeared, some glow, no more dullness. I do look slightly younger which is great. Few days ago someone tried to guess my age and said 39. I was delighted about. Thick but does not last long enough.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product was lovely and thick to apply but I did not find that it provided strong enough coverage for the day. It said on the instructions to only use the product once a day but I found it uncomfortable on my skin and my skin became taut and dehydrated later in the day. Interestingly, the box said it could be used morning and evening and it was clear that my skin required more than one application. I also found that my skin developed spots whilst using the cream, which dispersed after I stopped using. I did not find the product to be particularly pleasant to use as my skin has taken a while to return to it's normal elasticity since I stopped using it. I did find that dark shadows, puffy eyes and smooth lines did appear less pronounced, so that was good. I did not find my make-up sat as well on the product as my normal moisturiser, but it was still better than some cheaper brands.

Best plumping cream I have ever tried.

So easy to apply with absorption taking affect almost immediately. Creams are not greasy or highly scented and my makeup glides on flawlessly. Skin looks radiant and so soft. Surprised to see real results!

Not for me

I like the way each item is used, a measured amount for the serum, a small amount f9r the eyes and lips. The best part of the Neovadiol range for me personally is the one for eyes and lips. I felt like it was doing something, although I didn't really see a difference between my before and after photos. I didn't like the cream at all. It felt thick and heavy even applying a small amount and my skin felt sticky all day.

Lovely hydrating day cream

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an excellent day cream, lovely light silky creamy texture, goes on easily and absorbs in quickly. Skin is instantly brighter, smoother, softer and feels nourished. Found it to be a very hydrating cream and skin felt velvety soft after applying. Lovely sweet scent and no issues with using, feel it would suit all skin types. Had no issues applying make up on top. Used daily for 3 weeks, too soon to tell on anti ageing effects but I feel in that time it helped improve my skin and kept it looking healthy which in turn makes you feel more confident. Lines look a little bit less and skin tone evened out. I like that it comes in a glass jar that will be easily recyclable and I can easily see how much product I have and when to restock. Overall a lovely day cream to use and happy to recommend.

I don't tend to wear much make up so I love a skin care regime. The day cream was light, yet rich in texture with little if no fragrance. It didn't soak in immediately, so left a little while before applying BB cream or foundation. But it works as a good base. I haven't noticed a significant improvement to my wrinkles or bags, despite using the trilogy of products. But my skin is bright and looks healthy and I feel good.

Nice day cream

A little goes a long way and it feels so smooth when applying that it encourages me to massage my face a little more than with other creams. It does take quite a while to be absorbed though so sometimes I've had to dab it with a tissue even when a minimal amount is used. Very luxurious

Brightening magic

Inside this was continued with a lovely jar and a generous size. The cream is inside is thick but not too viscous with a silky white appearance. Felt lovely on my hands as well as my face when applying. Used the product for 21 days and noticed that my skin felt more hydrated and it did not dry out my problem areas. Was great to have a product that is specifically for menopausal skin and that in itself gave me confidence.

At last! A product for menopausal skin!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At long last a product to target menopausal skin. I’m a 51 year old shift worker and was really struggling to find something that works on my skin. Hallelujah I think I’ve found the holy grail. The cream is amazing, lovely consistency Which soaks right in, it was like my skin just drank it up. The smell is lovely too, to me it was very subtle not overpowering. I loved this product it made my skin feel so soft and smooth and it looked improved it looked plumper and firmer. I’ve had some lovely comments since using this product including someone telling me how good my skin was looking! It’s great to finally have a product specifically designed for menopausal skin that actually works. The box and packaging is nice too and feels like a luxury product it’s a 10 out of 10 from me. Definitely something I will be replacing.

Excellent day cream for menopausal skin

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved this Vichy Neovadiol Plumping Day Cream. I found it deeply nourished and hydrated my skin and kept it soft throughout the day. It had a lovely creamy texture, and a really nice smell too. The cream certainly smoothed my lines and left my skin looking younger and more radiant

Fab results

The cream is very lightweight and absorbs into your skin really well leaving you with smooth, soft skin. After using it for a few weeks my skin is looking plumper, brighter and firmer.

Firming and moisturised

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a rich thick textured cream that melts on contact with the skin leaving it feeling moisturised and plump but not at all greasy. I’ve noticed a plumpness to my skin which has made me feel more confident in the way I look. I have noticed a difference around my jawline and neck and I feel that my skin has started to look firmer. I was concerned that I would get breakouts around my nose as my skin is oily around the nose and chin but I need not have worried, the texture around that area looks more refined and less bumpy. I have really enjoyed using this cream. I feel that it was made specifically for me and that I can talk about my skin without it being some sort of secret that I’m post menopausal. I love that Vichy have formulated something for me, and for every woman who needs some extra help with their skin during the menopause.

Smooth and sleek

Very comfortable on the skin

I would like it a lot more and would definitely buy it if it had an SPF. Unfortunately it does not so although I have enjoyed using it, I probably would not buy it.

Great Day Cream for Menopausel Skin

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this cream, s subtle fragrance, spreads easily, you don't need much for it to go a long way, My skin felt clean refreshed and it did look more radient after constant regular use, also the lines did diminish a little, so with more constant use i think it would be really good for my skin. Using this cream as made me more aware of what i can use to make my skin look and feel better and something does work, its gave me confidence on how i look and i will continue to use it if i do see it at a reasonable price. I would recommend it to anyone who has dull grey, skin.

It has a really nice consistency

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has a really nice consistency that is easy to apply and soaks in well. I felt the overall condition of my skin improved after using for a few weeks but didn’t notice any reduction of my fine lines but I did like using it.

Plumping Day Cream

Neovadiol day cream amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love the neovadiol plumping day cream. It has a lovely consistency, nice fragrance and seems to glide over your skin. After applying my skin feels really clean, refreshed and hydrated for most of the day. I've been using it twice a day and can feel how much more plumper and hydrated my skin feels.
