My absolute favourite

The glass bottle adds to this feeling and this is based off visual experience before even opening the product. The serum itself is light and hydrating. The application massager is perfect for me as someone who has eye problems and also wears nails. Having a massager to apply means I don’t have to worry about causing further damage to my eyes by scratching or poking accidentally. The serum doesn’t make your face feel dry or stiff at all. By massaging your eyes as well it helps reduce puffiness. I’m totally in love with this product and I cannot wait to get more things from this brand. This bottle of serum will last a number of months so definitely great value for money! Thank you so much!!!!

I completely love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow I love this product I’ve been using this for the last week it comes as a non greasy serum and has a ball roller wand that you glide under and around the eye it feels nice and cooling although the serum isn’t it’s just the balls that massage your under eye it is a little sticky as it dries but soon absorbs into your skin I have found after a week that it has slightly tightened but smoothed my skin under my eye and also feels a lot less baggy as I am 53 and do long shifts at work this has been a game changer for my tired bags under my eyes I absolutely recommend this serum it’s fine under your make up to doesn’t effect application of foundation etc definitely worth continuing to use and and I’m enjoying using this as a daily routine with other Vichy products

Amazing for my puffy eyes!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this eye serum along with the Vichy Collagen Boosting Gel. After having lost around 7 stone in weight I’m struggling with the suppleness of my skin in particular lower face and neck but my eyes are showing signs of age and tiredness. I’ve used this eye serum for around 2 weeks so far, first thing in the morning and before bed. I keep it in a little beauty fridge in my room and the chilled serum on the cool small metal balls in the applicator are amazing especially in the morning. I wake often with puffy eyes and within 10 minutes the coolness of the applicator and serum have taken that away after popping it on I work it in circular motions from the bridge of my nose outwards and upwards and can honestly say this stuff is amazing. Along with the boosting gel this is a new staple in my beauty fridge for every day use. After allowing it to dry you can wear makeup on top without and clumping or application issues.

Ehh, it's fine?

I didn't like the applicator as it felt quite unhygienic with the applicator first touching your skin and then having to dunk it back into the bottle. Eyes looking good

Makes your eyes pop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Vichy has been one of my favourite brands since I was in my teens. I was excited to try Vichy's Liftactiv collagen specialist 16 eye serum . When first using it I had some difficulties with the applicator but got used to it eventually. I must say it makes my eyes look more awake, helped them look less wrinkled and dimished my eye bags. The down side is it can be a little bit sticky.

The wand inside the bottle has 3 silver roller looking things on the end for easy application. Non scented and it doesn't leave a sticky feeling. Light eye serum

Not the most moisturising because of this, and for me this one doesn’t provide as much hydration as I would like. It is definitely nice and absorbs quickly, it does also have a nice tightening effect to help with fine lines, and leaves the under eye looking smooth, it’s just not the right sort of product for me.

Reduces fine lines

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this product twice a day for a week… I have noticed that my fine lines have been reduced. When I opened the packaging for the first time, it felt like an expensive and well made product, however I did find the wand applicator to be awkward to use and not particularly tactile. It was hard to judge the amount of serum you were putting on and the metal balls on the wand felt hard and cold. I ended up with slimy eyes most of the time, which stayed sticky for ages. However I have rated this product a 3/5 as my eyes seemed to have less noticeable wrinkles.

Reduces puffiness and useful applicator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I have been pleased with this eye serum and have seen quite an impressive improvement in puffiness under my eyes in a short space of time. I have never used an applicator such as this one before for eye cream and I think this was what helped with the puffiness. I have been using AM and PM and found that if I dot the product on both eyes first from the same application and then I use the applicator to make small circles and then drag from corner of my eye all the way out and up. I then do small little taps all around the eye. I found the product does spread quite far with this application so found using my ring finger to just tap in the access really helped. The applicator is a clever little design with the metal balls and also it is able to bend slightly as you gently glide it under your eyes. I didn’t notice much improvement with my dark circles unfortunately but due to the reduce puffiness found my eyes looked fresher. Experiences no irritation and felt gentle on my skin.

Nice to use, esp with the roller

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'd not previous tried an eye serum (only cream) and especially not one with an applicator/roller like this one. It took a bit of getting used to / figuring out how best to use it, but I loved the nice cold sensation around and under my eyes and I felt it was doing my skin a lot of good by stretching/massaging as well as simply rubbing it in. It's not as quick to absorb as the face serum, but that's probably because it's quite difficult to just get a tiny bit of the product on to the applicator. Overall I loved the product though, and the skin around my eyes is looking great!

Vichy LiftActiv Collagen Specialist 16 Eye

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Vichy LiftActiv Collagen Specialist 16 Eye Serum for about a week and overall I’ve enjoyed trying it as part of my skincare routine. It’s still early to see noticeable long-term results, but the applicator wand has been a real highlight for me. The metal tip feels wonderfully cooling and refreshing under the eye area, especially in the morning, helping the under eyes feel more awake and soothed. The serum itself spreads easily and feels hydrating at first application. However, I did find that it left a slightly sticky feeling around the eye area, even after gently massaging it in well, which was a little disappointing. Despite this, I appreciate the refreshing application experience and how comfortable and cooling it feels during use, and I’m interested to see how results develop with continued use.

Easy to use

I love the bottle and metal roller applicator There is a lot in the bottle and you only need a small amount Its gentle around eye area No overpowering smell The not so good... Its very wet upon application and dries really sticky, not a 'serum' in my opinion I didnt notice any difference in my skin around the eyes, didnt do anything for wrinkles or crows feet. Its a little expensive for no clear results

Vichy LiftActiv Collagen Eye Serum quickly absorbed into the skin without leaving a residue. I found a little went a long way, it's a little early to tell if lines are reduced as I would need to test this for at least a few more weeks. An eye serum that actually works!

I loved the applicator as the metal grooves felt cooling on my skin. The serum went a long way and was easy to massage and pat gently around the eye area before it sunk in. After a weeks use, I am starting to notice a difference around the eye area so I’m hoping that after a few months (the bottle will most definitely last that long!) I will see even more improvement. Good Results so far

I have had dark circles all my life and I do feel that they have reduced slightly but I think I need to use it longer than a week so see a real difference. I don't suffer terribly with bags but do get some puffiness and I feel that the serum with the cooling applicator has helped reduce the puffiness. Unsure on applicator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really excited about using this product, as I do suffer with bags under my eyes and puffiness. Although, i'm sure the product itself is probably quite good, I struggled with using it. The applicator I felt hindered the process. It holds loads of the liquid, so when you apply it to your under-eye, it all just ends up dripping down your cheek. I tried to give the applicator a little shake before using, but then I felt I wasn't getting enough on, and wasn't really feeling the benefit of the metal balls cooling my puffiness. Would be open to trying again with a better applicator!

Pleasantly Surprised

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never used this kind of applicator before and took a few attempts to get use to the method of applying the serum. I did feel that a lot of product was loaded on the applicator. After using for a few days I did feel that my under eyes looked fresher and slightly brighter. I did need to make sure that the product had fully absorbed into my skin before applying my makeup on top, as on some occasions it made my make up creased, but once I had mastered the serum, this did not happen again. I felt the serum worked best overnight as by morning, the skin under my eyes looked fresher. I did not see a marked improvement in my fine lines, but feel my skin did look slighter plumper and gave an illusion of smoother skin around my eyes, so would continue the use to see the difference. Overall, I am happy with the product and would purchase in the future.

Innovative applicator, sticky formula

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I unscrewed the container and pulled out the applicator I was expecting a pipette. Instead, I discovered an innovative roller- ball massage applicator- the kind you have to buy separately for facial massage. This solution is incredibly convenient as you apply the product and perform the massage at the same time. I have to admit I often forgot to use the separate massage rollers even though I own them. Thanks to this clever 2 in 1 design I no longer skip the massage step in my skincare routine. The massager itself is very comfortable to use- it rolls smoothly and glides effortlessly over the skin, making the application process really enjoyable. The product absorbs quickly however it leaves a sticky residue which is the only disadvantage of this product. It gives a feeling of firmness and tightening under the eyes however whether it is due to its ingredients or due to the sticky finish is something debatable. Overall it is a well- thought idea to have 2 in 10 product and massage!

Liftactiv Collagen Specialist Eye Serum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This an effective daily eye serum. It aims to rejuvenate the under eye area and ‘boost’ the skin that has lost collagen. Similar to the Vichy Liftactiv Collagen Glow Boosting Gel moisturiser, it uses a co-bonding technology to aid and improve the skin. The applicator plays a huge part here too. It allows you to apply the product on the contours of the eye and massage it in. The outer packaging is very helpful on directions. The applicator is very cooling and the process feels like a beneficial daily treatment for the skin. The formula is lightweight, silky and applies very easily. After around 2 weeks of use, my eye area feels less delicate or thin, and stronger overall. It is suitable for all skin types, even sensitive, and is ophthalmologist tested. It is also dermatologist tested and hypoallergenic. Overall, this product has been a pleasure to have in my routine. It feels lovely to use and I hope that with continued use, I will see long term results and improvement in my eye area.

Hydrated, smooth & overall refreshed

Vichy collagen eye serum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This eye serum absorbed easily into my skin, was really easily to apply, did not cause me any sensitivity. I was concerned about dark circles and wrinkles around my eye area and I feel the serum did make a difference but would need to use it for a longer period.

Nice eye serum for early signs of aging

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the serum for sometime now the texture is very light weight and absorbs quickly so it is good to use under makeup or as part of a skincare routine as well. It feels cool upon application and I have noticed my under eye area became more hydrated and a little bit brighter after use.

Amazing eye serum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This eye serum is a lightweight formula and gentle to the skin around the eye area. I have sensitive skin and this eye serum was so mild whilst effective. My skin felt instantly hydrated and plumped , fine lines visible smoother and less visible. I use this serum every morning after I cleaned my face and the hydration lasts me all day. It also helps with dark under eye bags , I notice a difference after I applied it with the little massage applicator which also helps with blood flow. I only used it very gently because the skin around the eye is a lot thinner than anywhere else so this is important to be gentle if you want to see good results.

Collagen Glow for Tired Eyes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Vichy LiftActiv Collagen Specialist 16 Eye Serum I’ve been testing the eye serum and honestly… I’m impressed. Comes with a targeted applicator for a cooling, massage-like application. It has a lightweight, non-sticky texture that absorbs quickly. The texture is lightweight, almost silky, and absorbs super fast — no sticky feeling and no heavy layer sitting under concealer (which is a big win for me). After a few uses, my under-eye area felt smoother and more hydrated. Over time, I noticed it looked a bit brighter and fresher — especially on tired mornings. It doesn’t perform miracles overnight, but it definitely makes the eye area look more awake and refined. It layers beautifully with the rest of my skincare and doesn’t irritate — even on sensitive days. Final verdict: A lovely daily eye serum if you want hydration + smoother-looking under-eyes without heaviness. It gives that “well-rested” vibe. Apply the serum morning and night on a clean, dry eye contour area.

My new fave eye serum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed using this eye serum in the morning and night. The applicator was unique and left the skin under my eyes feeling cool and relaxed. After using the product morning and night for a week I noticed reduced puffiness under my eyes. The only downside is that the serum leaves a tacky feeling when it dries but that goes away after applying the collagen gel. I'd definitely buy it again.

Super serum

Gimmicky and not for me!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Targeting 16 signs of ageing around the eye area, the Vichy LiftActiv Collagen eye serum is boosted with vitamin c and collagen peptides to help enhance and brighten the under eye area. Unfortunately for me, I couldn’t find many redeeming qualities which would make me want to repurchase - mostly down to the massaging applicator which will be a haven for bacteria and germs. I also found that despite Vichy advising the product to be used as a last step when applying skincare, the eye serum would remain tacky on my skin unless I moisturised the area. Overall, I can’t say I noticed any vast improvements to the appearance of my under eyes and feel the product is average with an unnecessary applicator.

Relaxing Relief

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is something really therapeutic about the wand design on this product, it’s so relaxing and refreshing, the formula smells like a holiday so it’s easy to apply and drift away as your massaging your eyes. I have started to feel a lot brighter and firmer around my eyes and its made my under eye bags feel lighter. This product could be used on its own but there is something really fulfilling about doing the full routine.

Excellent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Vichy lab’s new lift activ collagen eye serum has visibly reduced fines lines around my eyes and helped with evenness of skin tone. I have used twice daily with gentle massage in circular motion. It comes with easy application wand that can be applied directly under your eye without any wastage. I am so glad I got the opportunity to try it as this was definitely my skin needed most. The result is brilliant and I am definitely buying more.

Noticeable Results

The puffiness around my eyes had significantly reduced and the loose skin was tighter. The texture is like an oil and the applicator is 3 ball bearings on a wand, this makes for balanced application and soft around a delicate area.

Great eye serum

Unexpected fave!

Brilliant Serum

The texture is lightweight, Absorbs quickly and feels really refeshing around the delicate eye area. After consistant use I have notice that my under eye area looks smoother, firmer and more hydrated. My fine lines appear softer and my eyes look brighter and more awake. I love how gentle it feels on my skin, No irritation just a confortable, nourishing finish that layers well under my make-up. A little goes a long way so the little bottle lasts awhile too. Great for contact lens wearers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I not only wear contact lenses, but I also teach others how insert and remove them and as a result I have the worst eyebags and wrinkles. Since I have been using this serum my bags and wrinkles look very much reduced. I'll definitely be recommending it to my friends and customers hopefully their eyes will not get to the same state as mine due to inserting lenses around 10x a day. I will continue to use this serum.

Really nice serum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really rate this eye serum. The application wand has steel roller balls which produce a really nice cooling effect. I particularly liked this as I do work late shifts so my eyes can be puffy in the morning. The application wand gives you the perfect amount of product as well. One thing I would say is ensure you gently massage this in well as otherwise it can be sticky. But my eye area looks and feels supple which definitely helps with the appearance of fine lines. I'd buy this for sure

Really impressed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was gifted these to test and I’m so impressed with them. I use both twice a day. Am and pm. After using the moisturiser I apply the eye serum. The application is so easy and leaves my eyes feeling refreshed and hydrated thanks to the applicator. It’s so easy. Apply a drop to the eye area as the last step in your routine. Using the applicator massage in circular motions and then glide across and around the whole eye area. It has already make my eyes appear smoother and more hydrated. I’ve only been using for a week and feel the delicate skin around my eyes especially on my lower eye area is already brighter, smoother and feels really refreshed even after a bad nights sleep. I’m excited to see what the results will be after longer use. I will definitely be repurchasing both products. The glass bottle and application feel very high end and feel as if I’m using an expensive product. No irritation to the delicate skin around my eyes either.

Soothing eye gel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Slight stickiness but spreads easily and absorbs fast. It is recommended to use it twice daily. It is fragrance free which is so important for me on the sensitive eye area. Comes in a glass, reuseable bottle with round metal application tips on the dropper that are easy to roll around the eye. Quite liked the design of this and have not seen it in other dropper applicators in my other beauty products. My eyes felt a tightness and more refreshed after use. It contains hyaluronic acid to aid hydration and niacinamide to help with brightness too. I am going to keep using this to help reduce my fine lines and wrinkles that have started to appear. The bottle will probably last 6 months at least.

Sticky texture

I like the idea of the massaging wand application, however I think it is too wide and a little awkward to use. The texture is good and it feels refreshing when applied but I found that my hair stuck to it during the night. It could be that I applied too much but it is a little sticky.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked trying this Vichy LiftActive Collagen Specialist 16 Eye Serum. It feels nice and cool when applying it to the eye area and as it dries, it feels like it's a little tight around your eye but in a good way. Feels like it's really working against those fine lines under my eyes. The only thing I think it could be improved is the size of the applicator as when you use it, it dispersers a little too much product and if you don't blend it properly on the skin it can leave a shiny product patch. Overall I really like it and would recommend this.

A different eye serum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This eye serum is very different to any I have tried before. I was unsure how to use it. The instructions on the box are written in small print, and no leaftlet inside the box. However I rolled the massager around my eyes, a lovely cool sensation, better when your eyes are closed, I then gently pat the residue serum around my eyes with my fingertips. A pleasant exeperience which I will continue with over the next few weeks.
