Holy Grail Moisturiser!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn’t sure what to expect from this cream as I’d used a Collagen cream before from a well-known brand and the results were mediocre, and certainly nothing outstanding. I used this cream straight after cleansing without using any serums initially, and it absorbed into the skin beautifully with no residue left on the skin. This a major tick for me because I can’t abide when a product doesn’t fully absorb. The product also didn’t leave my skin feeling tight in the slightest and I think this is my most important requirement from a skin cream so this was a fantastic start. My skin felt comfortable, nourished and soft. The results I saw seemed to happen quickly rather than see them appear over a period of time which is quite astonishing. If you ask me exactly what I’d expect from a ‘wonder cream’. My skin has honestly never looked or felt in better condition and genuinely looks better than it did twenty years ago. It’s even-textured, softer, plumper, brighter, fresher, more radiant, and just completely transformed. I'm even confident enough to have some make-up free days now! This product has blown me away and is now a Holy Grail product for me.

Really rich and gorgeous

It is rich so go easy if your skin is on the oily side. I believe I can feel and see my skin improve when using it.

Amazing product

I am 41 so my skin is starting to feel dry with fine lines and using this for 3 month has helped and it has made a massive difference on my lines and dryness I highly recommend especially with the serum in this range to.

Great new moisturiser

I suffer sensitivities and rosacea now and usually new face products upset my skin. I have had no problems with this cream. Mixed feelings

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a 52-year-old woman, I found the Vichy Liftactiv Collagen Specialist Anti-ageing Day Cream to be a mixed bag. The cream is slightly perfumed, which I found a bit overwhelming, as I generally prefer unscented products. Its thick texture means it takes a few minutes to dry. Although the product isn't sticky and absorbs, it does feel like this cream sits on top of my skin. Despite its presence being noticeable, it consistently leaves my skin feeling nice. I didn't expect to see any immediate changes in my skin however understand the ingredients all point towards good long-term skin improvements.

Everything in One….so smooth!!

It has a smell that makes me think it’s going to work if you know what I mean?! I need moisture in January working outside and this cream was perfect. Genuinely feel in 4 weeks my skin is more even and plump.

Vichy collagen cream

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cream has a pleasant scent and goes on well. I’ve found it sometimes causes a small amount of stinging depending on how my skin is, but this settles quickly. I have been using mainly at night as it does not mix well with make up and causes some residue/flaking. My skin does feel softer but I have not seen much difference to my fine lines. Overall, I’d say it probably isn’t greatly suited to my skin but as I have some sensitivity, this would not necessarily be the case for all.

Nourishing and plumping for mature skin

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A lovely nourishing hydrating day cream. I turned 40 last year and found this to have a real impact on my skin. It seemed to plump, even out skin tone and hydrate well for the whole day. Really nice texture that sank in to the skin well with a light pleasant fragrance. I am really pleased with my results and have continued to use the cream.

Thick and Luxurious On the Skin

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cream is lovely and has left my skin feeling luxuriously spoilt. It is thick and creamy and soaks into the skin beautifully, not leaving me feeling greasy or shiny. My skin absorbed it well and was a good base underneath my make-up. My skin did not have any reaction and instantly felt brighter and healthier looking. My skin also felt a lot smoother after using this product and it gave me confidence that I appeared younger looking and less tired and drained. When I first used the product I was surprised at how thick it was and actually was surprised to have to use more than I do with other products, however, despite this, the product did not seem to run low quickly and I suspect this was more that i had not been applying another of a previous product maybe. The product was easy to open and in a glass tub. It was a nice size for travelling also and fitted in my overnight washbag well. All in all I was very impressed with the product and how well it cared for my skin.

Luxurious

Just okay

I found it to be quite perfumed and was not expecting that. It was also lacking in hydration, but that could be my skin type, which is on the dry side. Amazing moisturiser

Lovely texture

It has a very light fragrance, which enhances the cooling & refreshing texture. As a moisturiser, it is great. It left my skin nourished & hydrated. It sinks in fast & almost gives an airbrushed, demi mattifying look to the skin. Not at all shiny, & acts as a good base for makeup. However, I did not notice any improvement to my skin tone, which is just as patchy, nor did I notice any increased fimness to my skin.

Lovely Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since using this cream from Vichy, I've seen quite a few changes in my skin ..Firstly, before hand I was rather concerned about the decrease of collagen in my skin, It wasn't so long after I started using this product that I noticed fine lines were starting to plump out a little more..my skin in general was looking more hydrated & softer.. the texture of my skin looks more even too ..I apply this cream first thing in the morning & last thing at night.I use just a tiny amount to my face & neck, as I find that is all it takes for the creamy consistency to glide effortlessly over my skin. Transforming skin rapidly

I `ve used now this cream over 4 weeks and can say made real difference to my face skin appearance. I start using it as part of my daily routing after using cleaning foam. Good product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a few weeks using Vichy Liftactiv Collagen Specialist Anti-ageing Day cream I feel myself ready for reviewing the product. It's a good cream as expected for a Vichy product. I used Vichy products in the past and it never disappoints. It has a silky texture and when you put it on your face it sinks beautifully leaving a velvety touch on your face. It leaves the skin very soft, and it covers the pores so it's perfect if you use makeup after or you can mix it with some bronze drops. I would say if your skin is very dry, probably you will need and extra shot of hidratation but so can mix it with a serum with no problem. For me I think it is a cream more for summer rather than a winter cream. I have combination skin but in winter tends to be too dry and reactive, so for me it will be a perfect cream for summer. If your skin in oily Vichy Liftactiv Collagen Specialist Anti-ageing Day cream is perfect for you, it leaves the skin mat with no shiny appearance. It is a very good product.

Anti-aging wonder

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this anti-aging cream, it feels so light as it easily glides and absorbs into the skin, it doesn’t feel heavy or oily and has a delicious light scent. Thick and creamy

It doesn’t leave the skin greasy or oily looking. Personally I prefer a day cream which includes SPF as I don’t like to layer too many products on my skin. Plumps & Nourishes

Turning the big 4-0 last year brought with it more fine lines, wrinkles, and a sunken under-eye area, so I’ve switched to anti-aging products in recent years. I’m always keen to try something new. Smoothing day cream and primer

Clean and clear

Silky smooth with quick results

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Liftactiv cream packs a poerful punch in a small tub. Firstly it has the lovely subtle signature scent of all Vichy products. It glides onto the skin really smoothly and I immediately felt my skin absorb it and feel plumper and smoother. After only having used it for a few weeks I have already noticed a real difference and glow in my skin and others have noticed it too (asking me what I have done to my skin!). The only downside of this product is that the tub isnt very big and a tub this size would usually last slightly longer - I am already over 1/2 way through it. Overall Its divine and would continue using it.

Gorgeous day cream

Vichy Liftactiv Day Cream

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Vichy Liftactiv Day Cream is a really lovely cream. It feels comforting on my skin and absorbs really well. Although my skin is normal in winter it dies suffer. I am 62now and the cold weather really takes it out of my skin. I have a strict regime of care and this Vichy cream fits right in. I have noticed a slight improvement with the texture of my skin and it feels so much softer after applying. I have used some really very expensive creams and they have not been any better. I am very happy with this additional product. I am delighted to continue using it.

A rich but not greasy moisturising cream

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am 58 years old and have an aging skin. This collagen specialist anti-aging cream was very helpful. It had a pleasant velvety consistency which did not leave a greasy residue. The cream absorbed finely into the skin, evening the skin tone and firming the skin. I have not found necessarily the most suitable moisturiser for myself but this comes close. It does not irritate the skin.

Vichy Liftactiv Collagen Day Cream

I have found the cream to be super absorbent on my skin and non greasy. I have noticed that my fine lines appear less and more plumped out. I did have a little redness in the beginning on my forehead and cheeks, however this evened out with continuous daily use. Overall I would highly recommend this cream as part of your daily routine.

Lovely and creamy

Luxurious cream

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was gifted this Vichy collagen specialist day cream from Home Tester Club. A 50ml hypoallergenic cream it claims to correct wrinkles, redefine contours and even out skin tone. I have been using it consistently for 4 weeks now. I have to start by mentioning the scent - I was not a fan. It wasn’t strong enough to stop me testing and I did get used to it a little throughout the 4 weeks. My skin can be fairly sensitive and I have had no irritation or reaction to this at all. It’s a fairly thick cream which rubbed in well, leaving my skin soft, smooth and hydrated without any tackiness left behind. The hydration lasted all day. It doesn’t include any SPF protection which I find disappointing. I can’t say I’ve seen any real changes from using this. It claims to improve pigmentation with continued use so I will finish the pot. As nice as it’s been I haven’t noticed any improvements so the scent is enough to prevent me from purchasing and using in the future.

No more shine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If I start with the negatives - for me there wasn’t any. The positives at 61 I still have a tendency to have that shiny face but thus cream left a flawless satin finish to the face. It goes on well and a little goes a long way. The million dollar question is has it changed the appearance of my skin ?? As with any of these products any results are not instant but I can start to see the skin changing and I have been using this every morning for a month now and I definitely think the jowl area is smoother. I know there are no creams to reverse the aging process but I think this cream is one that is a good prevention.

Fantastic Daily Moisturiser

It contains great ingredients such as a high percentage of collagen, as well as Vitamin C and Vitamin B (Niacinamide B3), which all help to boost the skin's appearance and combat wrinkles. The one drawback for me is the perfumed smell of the cream, I prefer no smell to my facial care products.

Velvety Skin!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As soon as I applied the cream I felt my skin become very velvety, great texture. My only concern is that it is highly scented so I wouldn’t recommend this for sensitive skin. It was a bit off putting as I’m not used to having such a highly scented smell in my skincare products. The cream seemed fine. I wouldn’t rush out and buy it. I didn’t see a huge difference to the texture of my skin. I think there are other products that are more effective in producing collagen activation, but at a much higher price.

Great Moisturiser!

Silk deluxe

It was super easy to apply, soaked in really well and left no stickiness on my face. Was also a great base for applying my makeup onto. The product has a very light but beautiful scent. Vichy anti-ageing day cream

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The day cream is a great addition to my other Vichy skin care products. I used it morning and evening after cleansing my face. I have used the day cream for four weeks and will continue to use it. Fine lines appeared diminished especially the outer circle around my eyes and my skin appears firmer. The fragrance is pleasant and very subtle With long-lasting hydration. The cream absorbs quickly and gives a lovely matt finish. I particularly dislike products that make my face feel greasy. After applying I found there was no greasy residue on my face, just a lovely feel. Cream is rich and creamy, goes on really nice and smooth. My skin feels nourished, even after first application. I felt my face had a natural glow and the redness I get across my cheeks was reduced. The cream was a good under makeup, providing an even base. My face feels smooth with a more even texture. I would highly recommend to friends and family and buy again

Pleasant to apply

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My forehead is quite dry and I’ve been applying more of this product there than my usual moisturiser. This has stopped it from being as dry during the day. However, it is still quite dry each morning, so I would perhaps like it to be a little richer. In saying that, I really like the texture of this moisturiser. It was very pleasant to apply. It was non-greasy, rubbed in well and didn’t leave any residue on my skin. My skin absorbed it quickly, I didn’t feel as though it was just sitting on top of it. I will definitely consider changing over to it.

Loving this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this product! The texture is a little thicker and not as smooth as I expected but once you get used to the cream it is great. You need to use generous amounts of cream for full coverage. Follow the instructions and do not rub the cream too close to your eyes , it made my eyes water when I did by mistake. My skin is much smoother, softer and looks brighter. I would absolutely recommend this product. Great value for money too, which makes it definitely worth a try! A solid 8.5/10 in my book.

I felt this gave a great bases to put on my foundation almost like a primer ,skin feels smooth to the touch and a great start to the day I haven't used many Vichy products however cream has to be one of the best creams Easy to apply and has an soft smooth texture to it. Lovely day cream

Lovely light but rich day cream

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaces my usual day cream with this and was surprised at how well my skin adapted to it. The cream itself is rich but not heavy and has a light scent to it. It works great under makeup and is not at all greasy. I've been using it for a few weeks and while I cannot see any visible obvious changes to my skin, I'd happily continue using it to see if longer use leads to anything noticeable. Overall I rate the product highly on consistency and quality. If and when I see results I would happily give 5 stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am 60 this year so am very interested in anti aging products and was delighted to be selected to test the Vichy Liftactiv moisturiser. The first thing I noticed was the texture of the cream, it has a gorgeous rich feel and was so easy to smooth onto my face. The moment the cream touched my face it felt velvety soft and was quickly absorbed leaving my skin feeling calm, deeply moisturised and smooth. It did not take very long for me to notice some positive changes to my skin, it felt more supple, looked more even and my fine lines around my eyes and mouth were evened out and less noticeable. This is clearly a high end product packed with elements that left my skin feeling nourished and enriched, I would be happy to recommend it to anyone wanting to minimise wrinkles and improve the tone of their skin.

Beautiful texture

VichyLiftactiv Collagen Anti-aging Cream

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first time using Vichy product. The day cream had a lovely light texture and wasn’t overly scented. It wasn’t greasy either. Thankfully it caused no irritation on my skin. I used it every morning and most nights over a period of 4 weeks. Overall it was a nice cream, however I did not feel that it lived up to the expectations that I had for it. Or for the things it said it would do. I didn’t find that it redefined my contours, nor bought out an even skin tone. Which was disappointing to be honest. I have very fine lines on my forehead too which I had hoped would have evened out, however they are still there, darn it. In spite of all that, my skin (cheeks) look plumper and skin definitely felt hydrated. I did not have to top up the cream as skin felt supple all day. And in the morning skin felt soft.

Luxurious soothing treatment cream.

Good but made my skin breakout

The texture of the cream is a lovely balance between rich and gel-like. It absorbs quickly, leaving a smooth, moisturised feel and a slight sheen. The skin on my face, neck and decolletage looked smooth and firm. I didn't notice it reducing the appearance of age spots, but mine are minor and it was only a few weeks, so perhaps over time that would improve. On the negative side, on very cold days it left my skin feeling slight tight and in need of more moisture. However, the biggest issue was that I broke out in spots on my cheeks and neck, which is very unusual for me. Would I replace my favourite day cream with this? Probably not, though I'd certainly consider it in milder weather.

Disappointed

Good points - soaks in immediately, nice texture - not too runny or over thick. Negative points - it soaks in so fast you use a lot of it to cover whole face, it doesn’t leave a glowing complexion it actually left my skin looking duller, scent it too chemically rather than a pleasant perfume. I would liken it more to a hint of nail polish remover. I unfortunately won’t be purchasing this again.
