Love this.. so hydrating

I was skeptical at first since I don’t like the idea of overnight masques or any masques. But this is one of my favourite self care routines, I have a sensitive combination skin. My skin feels so plump, hydrated and the glow is absolutely amazing the next day. It feels like water on my skin and very cooling if you keep it in the fridge. The only improvement I would want in this product is a bigger size so I don’t run out too often since I use this couple of times a week.

A pamper for your skin

Burnt my skin face

Please be aware of my case because purchasing this product. I got a contact dermititis after using it because it literally burnt my face. I had to go to the doctor immediately and he prescribed a steroid cream and recommend me not to use the mask anymore. It ruined my skin. Be careful please do a patch test before apply directly on your skin

Hydrating B5 masque

I use it a few times a week, leaving it in for around 15 minutes then rinsing off, I’ve just tried leaving it on overnight for the first time & work up to soft hydrated skin so I’m definitely going to use it this way going forward

Great for a boost of hydration!

I have noticed a real difference in the morning after wearing the mask overnight the only issue I have is that I do find that it goes a bit flaky when I try to rub it in after the 10mins advised.

Soothing product

Very hydrating mask. Clear colour so won’t ruin clothes!

A Boost of Hydration!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this product about twice a week for the last 3ish months. I was excited to try it as I felt that my skin could use an extra boost of moisture especially during the winter. Bare in mind that the product has a very heavy consistency, so it may not be for everybody, I have a normal skin, not too oily, not too dry, and i really enjoy using this product and I do find that it sinks into my skin quite nicely and leaves it looking juicy and feeling very hydrated. I wake up refresh and felling my skin very soft to the touch, specially after a freezing day my skin appreciate.

Easy weekly mask

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found this one of the easiest masks I have had to use. It is lightweight to apply, not messy and skin really does feel well moisturized after use. Personally I would use before bed, so during my evening skin routine. Winter and Summer - a great, practical and beneficial weekly mask. I have dry and sensitive skin, HYALURONIC ACID and VITAMIN B5 are ingredients in products I absolutely love.

Weekly moisture boost

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this product once a week for the last couple of months. I was excited to try it as i feel like my skin could use an extra boost of moisture especially in the winter. The product is too heavy for to use more than once a week but i do find it sinks into the skin nicely and leaves it looking and feeling hydrated with just weekly boost. Especially after a really cold day it does wonders! My only reservation is that the next day i find that any other product i put on my face pills and i have to rub the excess off, despite rubbing it into my face the evening before after the stated 10mins.

Brings life back to the skin

However, this masque has been great at rehydrating my combination skin as well as helping it have more of a glow and just look healthier.

Perfect for plumping up skin!

It soaked into my skin very quickly and only left a very small residue behind. I left mine on overnight and my skin definitely felt softer the next morning. New essential

Perfect mask for winter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this mask the recommended twice a week for several weeks now and it’s been a tonic for my dry winter skin. An easy and non tacky mask to apply which absorbs nicely, even when I go a little overboard on the amount used. Advice is to leave for 10/15 mins and then rub in any excess before leaving it on overnight. I have to say, when I gently rubbed in the excess, the mask peeled off in flakes. I’ve since stopped doing that and I just leave it be until the next morning. My skin then is hydrated, plump and has a lovely glow. Definitely a product I recommend.

Perfect for hydrating winter skin!

I use it twice a week as suggested and my skin looks much more supple and hydrated despite me spending a lot of time outdoors in the cold wintry weather. I do find it stays sticky for a quite a long time, even after I've rubbed it in, but I get round this by applying it in the early evening so it's nice and dry before I go to bed. It's easy to apply and I'm very happy with the results!

Winter Companion

100 per cent AMAZING!

I've wanted to try a b5 mask for ages, as I love the serum so much and was hoping that this would give me a plumping, healthy complexion. Well let me just say, this product is AMAZING! Skin felt so soft

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tried this several times overnight and I love it. I cleansed then applied a generous layer all over my face and neck and left on until morning. It absorbed in beautifully and following a cleanse in the morning my skin felt amazingly soft, re-hydrated and nourished. Would highly recommend as it’s easy to use and not time consuming as you don’t have to rise off until morning.

The best hydrating mask out there

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh wow - my skin feels so hydrated and nourished. Even after the first use, I could feel the difference straight away. I’ve started using it in autumn, when the weather started to get chilly, and I normally always have to up my moisturiser to a more heaver one, just to keep the skin moisturised. Not with this mask you don’t, as long as you use it consistenly at least once a week, I used it every 3-4 days, and you are fine. No more flaky, dry-looking skin. Amazing results, would really reccommend at any time of the year, really!

Well, I wasn't expecting that :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used the Hydrating B5 masque twice now and I've started to get compliments on my skin!! :) This is great because my skin has been looking dry and flat. This happens every year when entering colder weather. I have been exfoliating and using my usual (Dermalogica) face mask (which I thought was brilliant...) BUT given the gold standard effects, I have got from using other SkinCeuticals products, I have been really keen to try this masque. And what a surprise (all good) I thought the facemask would be a thicker masque, but in fact, it is transparent and thinner than anticipated. The recommendation is to use the product nightly, but only once or twice a week. Which is perfect for me, and fits into my Sunday-skin-day.

Effective and soothing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was dubious about using this product having read a previous review as I have very sensitive easily reactive skin. I have never had an adverse reaction to any Skinceuticals product so thought I’d try it as my skin seems to need more hydrating at the moment, probably due to my age (60) and the colder weather. This masque is easy to use very hydrating and leave my skin feeling soft and nourished……I will continue to use this once or twice a week so will last me ages too making it really good value for money.

Sticky texture but it works

Lovely hydrating mask!

I do get some tingling for a couple of minutes after first applying it. My skin has become sensitive & dehydrated with chronic health issues & the change in weather, but it is naturally oily so it can be difficult to find products that are balanced to help both issues. This is hydrating without being greasy the next day. I wake up and it’s as if my skin has had a drink! It feels lovely & smooth too!

Best Moisturising Mask

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This looks and feels like the hundreds of other gel moisturising masks on the market of which I have tried a fair few. The difference with this mask is that it works for longer than a couple of hours. On application it feels lovely and cooling, it has no fragrance and is easy to apply. You can apply as much or as little as you want or apply to targeted areas. I apply around the orbital area especially to plump up my fine lines. It's easy to remove with a wash cloth and voila a plump healthy moisturised face that for me still looked moisturised for the next 24 hours or so.

Moisture beauty

This is a clear gel, that glides on easily and feels light on skin. As it’s a moisture booster, I use the following evening after using retinol. On application my skins tingles for a few minutes. The mask is left on overnight and any excess can be rubbed in after 10-15 minutes. The following morning reveals a fresh and plump skin. I will definitely be adding this product to my evening routine.

Such a great repair and rehydration mask

I give it about 10-15 minutes and then I massage in the remaining gel. It’s the most beautiful base for my foundation. I’ve used nothing else in order to calm my skin and to help preserve the barrier and after a week of this regime my skin is much more even and soft.

Plumping

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this after a very long day of central heating and at first was surprised to find the gel was sticky. The directions said to leave for 10-15 minutes and then smooth the excess into the skin. When I tried to do this the gel had gone flaky. I found that splashing some water on I was able to rub it into my skin. In the morning my skin felt and looked plumped. It was non irritant. I have since looked at the directions on the web page and the advice is to remove after the 15 minutes so am a bit confused as to the best procedure to follow. Please advise.

Renewed my faith in skin care products

Just what my dehydrated skin needs over the winter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My skin used to be oily when I was younger, but it has become dehydrated as I approach the menopause. I have also just finished a course of treatment for adult acne, which has dried out my skin, but I don't want to use anything too rich that will block my pores. I have tried many serums and mask full of hyaluronic acid, but none have quenched my skin as well. Maybe because it is packed full of skin-identical humectants such as urea? This mask is perfect after exfoliating on a cold winter evening.

A hug for your face just liske a cashemere jumper

I have been using a very famous masque previously and it was just ok. When I tried this masque this month I was surprised - it was a hug in a for my skin. Finally, moisture!

Mixed feelings

Be aware

This mask left my face brigh red after applying it. The next morning I noticed some blemishes on my skin. Also some parts of my skin look pale reddish. It's been almost year now and my skin has not regain the pre-mask state.
