Wish I'd tried it sooner!

Bought this as a change from the Toleriane cleanser, and I love the consistency! It feels halfway between a cleanser and a moisturiser. Reminds me a lot of the Lipikar body cleanser. Perfect for my combination skin. Also no issues using alongside tretinoin which is a huge plus. Wish I'd tried it sooner!

Missing back the previous formulation

I miss the old cream style formulation. It was the best cleanser I’ve ever used! The new formula is too foamy, strips out moisture and leaves my skin tight and flakey. Such a shame!

Feels amazing, and life changing for acne skin.

I don’t normally review products but after reading how many people are saying bring back the old product I had to comment. This is by far the BEST product I have ever used on my face. I have been struggling for years with acne nothing has worked, medication, contraceptive pill, I have spent thousands on products and treatments I reduced my acne with some treatments but ended up with peeling dry horrid looking skin.. which was occasionally worse then the acne itself and painful at times. This product I purchased 4 weeks ago…. It has absolutely changed my life I literally cry happy tears looking at my face now, leaving the house without make up and not avoiding social gatherings due to my face. I was convinced I would just have acne for life. Thank you thank you thank you!!

My ride or die cleanser

I am on my 4th bottle of this. As someone with extremely sensitive and dry skin, this has been my saving grace of cleansers. My skin is not only more comfortable, less irritated, clean and hydrated - but it is noticeably more clearer. A little goes a long way which I also love. Definitely worth the investment. I also use it with the ‘Toleriane sensitive crème’ which I have lost count of how many tubes I have gone through - but my skin has never looked or felt better.

BRING BACK THE OLD FORMULA!

BRING BACK THE OLD FORMULA The changing of this formula is horrible. My skin broke out immediately with the new formula and it has ruined my skin and self confidence. The old formula was LOVED by so many. There are complaints all over Instagram saying the same thing! Bring back the original formula!!

BRING BACK THE OLD FORMULA

The changing of this formula was the worst thing LRP has ever done. Not to be dramatic but you have literally ruined my skin and my self confidence. The old formula was LOVED by so many. Just one look at your instagram and the extensive public outrage says it all! When are you going to listen to your customers and bring back the old version?

Bring back the milky formular

I brought this product after over a year of using the effaclar H milky cleanser (which helped my skin tremendously) only to be disappointed and left with more breakouts than what I originally had before I started using any La Roche product. Very disappointing as it isn’t cheap in New Zealand

Helps my oil flakey irritated skin-confidence boos

This face wash along with the lotion has almost transformed my problem area, T-zone into a something manageable that I do not think I have had in really long time. It is really helping me recover my skin barrier. please do not stop making this!. It feels so good to know that those little plugs on my nose were becoming oxidized and brown and had to be picked out because something was not right with my skin barrier. It is the best feeling in world to be able to wash face, put lotion on and not have to worry about crap sticking out of your pores. This is really changing my skin and I love it. I will say I also use benzoyl peroxide which I had never dared to use on my T-zone and I am sure that is helping as well but I am only able to do that because the face wash is gentle enough and the cream is hydrating enough. All I know is that I get a full day of less oily skin. Please do not stop making this and bring this to the USA if possible. I have to buy expensive from over seas :(..hope there is someone out there listening.

Please bring back the old formula

I have used the old formula for years and I was so happy I had finally found the perfect product. I tried the new formula and I am very disappointed. I am not sure how it has improved. I have a very sensitive skin and this new formula is not working.

Heartbroken.

I’m devastated… I spent months and months trying to find a cleanser that helped my acne and the old formula was the only solution. This new formula breaks my skin out so much and is so drying. Now I have to go back on the search to find a new products and I’m so so upset.
