I cant open the pump. No instructions. I've messaged but no response yet, I'm not sure why a product is manufactured so that you need instructions to open it, very annoyed and wont buy again, its an expensive product too.

Disappointed Again: Why Vichy Dercos Isn’t Right for My Hair

I used it for three or four times, and I noticed that dandruff increased dramatically, so I decided to stop using it, just like every time I’ve tried a new product from this range. I’m truly shocked because it used to be the only product that suited my hair and the eczema issues I have, but now it’s the biggest enemy of my hair. I don’t think I will ever consider trying another product from this range again, and I’m convinced that it simply isn’t the right fit for me.

Great for dry scalp

Lovely Shampoo

FABulous 2in1 Shampoo

Is a nice shampoo, but for my hair I needed to add a conditioner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Dercos 2-in-1 Dandruff Shampoo for a few weeks now. To be honest I haven’t got really bad dandruff, just the odd flake here and there and sometimes my head feels a little itchy. The first time I used the shampoo I was amazed that my hair felt so manageable afterwards, as my hair usually needs a hydrating conditioner to make it feel ‘normal’. Plus, I was happy that the 2-in-1 formula was so convenient, saving me time by using just the one product.I always ‘double cleanse’ my hair and so I went in with the first wash, rinsed it off, then went in with the second wash when I gave my scalp a really good massage and left the soap suds on my scalp for a couple of minutes before rinsing it off. My hair felt lovely to begin with, however after a couple of weeks I noticed that my hair wasn’t as manageable and found it to be more knotty than usual, therefore I decided to start using conditioner again. I found that the shampoo cleanses my hair well and felt that my hair didn’t get as oily as usual, making it easier to allow an extra day in between washes. My scalp however did still feel a little itchy and I also found a couple of ‘bumps’ on my scalp like little spots. After a month, I have now stoped using the shampoo and gone back to my old shampoo. However my husband is still using this shampoo with no issues.

Super happy with it!

I will start with the packaging - lovely as usual from Vichy. Recyclable, eye catching, easy to dose and pop in a luggage when travelling. All the information about ingredients, usage and effects are clearly written and explained which is always a bonus for me. The product promises a 2 in 1 - conditioning the hair all while cleansing it. And I must say I definitely did not feel the need to use extra masks or conditioners. I also appreciated the fact that it is suitable for all hair types. Both my partner and I used it and we were super happy with it. I suffer from dandruff ever since I was a teenager and Vichy products have always helped me - this one in particular as it does not irritate the scalp, cleans very well leaving my hair soft and bouncy.

Easy application, just apply on damp hair, give it a good massage and leave on for 2 minutes before rinsing. Washes out very well leaving no residue but hair feels nice. I also don't feel the need to use a conditioner as this is a 2 in one. I have an oily scalp with a itchy, flaky scalp. This has really helped sooth my irritated scalp. It's visibly reduced the flakes to nothing in a matter of days which is amazing. Highly recommended

Very pleasantly surprised & pleased with this!

I've been getting dandruff, but have had bad experiences in the past with dandruff shampoos making my hair too oily. I'm also wary of 2-in-1 shampoo & conditioners, as I always assume they won't do as good a job as seperate stages. So I was really surprised with how quickly my hair took to this product with great results! I've managed to get down to a two-weekly hair wash recently and the bottle said '4 week program', so I thought I'd need some patience. But by week 2, I was seeing results! Dandruff is gone, and my hair feels really soft without feeling oily/greasy. My hair is easily tangled too when I don't use a conditioner, but it's been fine with the product. Plus, only having one bottle on the side in the shower is always a win! You need to leave it for two minutes, so you can apply the Decros product, wash your body & face, then rinse all over and you're done! Very convenient bonus. In summary - dandruff free, grease free, tangle free and very soft hair = a very happy me!! Would recommend this.

Anti dandruff shampoo 2in1

I got this product from Vichy community free as part of the community to try and give my opinion and the results are great .My scalp is very sensitive and it is very difficult for me to find the right products to use and be happy with the results. I tried Dercos 2in1 and I am amazed with the result.My scalp is hydrated while it is not oily.My skin under the hair is not ichy at all even next day afer washed and the I feel confident getting the hair washed after 3 days as my scalp is nicely clean and hydrate.I believe the ingredients used in this product are making the difference showing the best hair and scalp I had since living in an environment exposed to continuous stress.

Great for flake control, but conditioner still needed

I don't typically struggle with dandruff, but I do notice the occasional flakes on my scalp. Massive reduction in flakes

I am already a Dercos anti dandruff shampoo user, so know the range very well. I was excited to try this 2 in 1 shampoo. It comes in a recyclable plastic bottle. It has an orange colour and slightly medicinal scent, with a creamy texture. You need to shake the shampoo before use, then lather on wet hair. Massage into scalp then leave on for a couple of minutes then rinse. I love this shampoo as I didn't need to use conditioner after, it left my hair shiny, flake free. Love this and will be on my bathroom shelf for the foreseeable.

Shampoo which really works

I tried so many anti-dandruff shampoos but coudn't find a good one until I tried this Vichy Dercos anti-dandruff shampoo. I am using for a few weeks and I can tell it helped me instantly with the itchy, sensitive scalp and dandruffs. I can not believe it realy helped so quickly, as my scalp was so itchy, none of shampoos didn't help really. scalp friendly 2 in 1

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received and tried Dercos Anti-Dandruff 2 in1 Conditioning Shampoo thanks to Vichy Societe testing community. I tried Dercos shampoos previously, and they are gold for sensitive scalp. This 2 in 1 shampoo & conditioner is literally gold (in colour and efficiency). I have an annoying scalp that goes from sensitive to itchy and flaky randomly, so it is hard to pick the perfect shampoo. It is almost impossible to find a conditioner suitable to use on scalp, especially flaky/itchy ones. This 2 in 1 product is the solution! It hydrates the scalp and helps having hair roots soft as the length, but yet without making the hair heavy or scalp greasy/oily as often happens when using conditioners on it. It doesn't become foamy, so it is a bit challenging to understand the right quantity to use. I have long hair and used the product equivalent in size/volume of 2 cestnuts to apply it head to ends. I helped myself to apply this shampoo/conditioner on the scalp with my silicon brush/massager, then rinsed well

Best shampoo

My scalp can get very dry and sensitive if I use cheap shampoos but this works really well to keep dryness and dandruff flakes at bay. From the first use I found it soothing but continued use has almost got rid of my dandruff entirely. I will rate this 5 stars out of 5. The scent is medicinal and very strong. Works great on dry scalp

A lot about it makes it impressive: It combines the benefits of Selenium Disulphide and Hyaluronic Acid to leave hair flake-free, hydrated, softer, shinier, and easier to detangle. It claims to eliminate up to 100% of visible flakes from the first wash. It also aims to provide anti-dandruff protection for up to six weeks and keep the hair nourished for up to 72 hours. I believe that my personal experience with this shampoo would support these claims - although I have not used it for six weeks yet. To use was very simple; I followed the instructions as stated on the packaging. After the first use, I noticed a reduction in flakes that didn’t reappear quickly again afterwards and my hair felt clean, hydrated, and soft overall. I like that the shampoo has a unisex type of fragrance and feels cooling on the scalp. I also like that the shampoo conditions the hair too, even though I prefer using a separate conditioner in addition also. I will be implementing this shampoo into my hair care routine as and when I need it but it is recommended to use this for a 4 week cycle, which I plan to do. Overall, I am really happy with my experience with Vichy Dercos 2 in 1 Anti-Dandruff Conditioning Shampoo. It has been great for dandruff control and rebalancing the hair. It doesn’t strip the scalp which is something I notice with typical anti-dandruff shampoos. I think this due to the well thought out ingredients. Great shampoo and conditioner

Good for Dandruff

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can definitely say it works great for dandruff, I had quite some problem with dandruff and its completely gone with this shampoo but yes I have to apply a conditioner as well as it’s not that great as a conditioner but it is definitely a cure for dandruff, no one can deny it. It’s just the best remedy for dandruff.

An Inch-Free Scalp!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always suffered with a dry, itchy scalp & was excited to try the 2in1 Anti-Dandruff conditioning shampoo from Vichy. The cinnamon coloured shampoo has a very pleasant fragrance, which is not at all clinical. It produces a nice lather when massaged into wet hair & is easy to distribute evenly across the scalp and hair. I left it on for the required 2 minutes before thoroughly washing it off in warm water. My hair felt really soft & smooth & was lovely & shiny after drying it. The big bonus was that my scalp wasn't at all itchy, which is a first! I have now used the product three times & my hair looks amazing every time & my scalp is now completely itch-free!

Amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its amazing.i used it and its amazing.i have dandruff and dry hair.i used it following instructions that described on shampoo.my hair smooth and silky and i can smell beautiful smells from my hair.i can see DERCOS ANTI-DANDRUFF 2IN1 CONDITIONING SHAMPOO results but i need to use regularly to see more clear results but its worth of money and time

Great Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this shampoo for over a week and really impressed with how my hair feels and looks. It is shiny, silky and have already noticed that it does effectively tackles dandruff. I love that it’s 2 in 1 shampoo with conditioner and there’s no need to use a separate conditioner. It lathers so well and only a small amount of product is required. Such an amazing shampoo and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who has dandruff concerns.

Made my hair smell awful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was gifted this product from the Vichy Community. The shampoo had a thick, orange texture. Initially it smelt a bit floral, but after use, my hair smelt like burnt rubber/ sulphur. This is unfortunate as it did make my hair look healthy. But I just couldn’t get past the smell. My scalp was also less flaky. So it does a good job but the smell just put me off.

Great smell

Great for dandruff

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is great for dandruff! Both myself and my son tried this as we both have a flaky scalp now & again & everything else we’ve tried doesn’t really work for us. This 2-in 1 is a conditioning shampoo and did get rid of the flakes and made the hair nice & soft without the need for a separate conditioner which was good. I would highly recommend it & wont be using my old shampoo again.

Great 2 in 1 Dandruff Shampoo!

I was really pleased to receive this new hybrid shampoo/conditioner duo to test as my scalp is quite flaky with dandruff. After using the shampoo a handful of times I can say that there is a noticeable difference in my scalp health and overall appearance. I feel the shampoo has helped with eliminating the white flakes from the first initial use, helping soothe my scalp and getting rid of sensitivity I have been experiencing. As it’s a 2 in 1 product there is no need to use a conditioner alongside it as it leaves the hair feeling soft and manageable.

Love this 2 in 1 option

Just don't forget to shake the bottle, apply it on the scalp, massage and let it sit for 2 minutes before rinsing. Also appreciate the fact it is a conditioning shampoo. My husband enjoys it too. I recommend this product. Suitable for sensitive scalps

The Only One That Solved My Persistent Dandruff!

Even though I washed my hair every day, the dandruff would always come back as soon as it was dry. This really bothered me because nothing seemed to work. Really like it

After two first washes I didn't notice big difference, but after the third wash I loved how my hair felt and looked. Because I have very dry and coarse hair, I notice my hair much softer and not so frizzy, also my scalp itchiness is not so annoying. I need to use shampoo longer for even more impressive results but at the moment as long as I used it, I'm very happy. And I like the smell of the shampoo.

A must have for dandruff sufferers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used this shampoo religiously for the past year, I was kindly gifted this by Vichy for review but it's the shampoo that I use already. My scalp can get very dry and sensitive if I use cheap shampoos but this works really well to keep dryness and dandruff flakes at bay. From the first use I found it soothing but continued use has almost got rid of my dandruff entirely. I would love to rate this 5 stars but the smell is the only reason I can't. It has a very strong scent that is quite unpleasant and lingers for a long time. The scent is medicinal and very strong. Apart from that it's a great shampoo, lathers well and makes my hair nice and clean.

I often have a very itchy and flaky scalp and so I was really pleased to try this shampoo. Not only did it reduce the appearance of flakes, it really helps condition my hair. A small amount of this goes a long way. When using make sure you really massage into the scalp and leave for 2 to 3 minutes to get the maximum benefit. I would really recommend!!

Am positively surprised because I noticed that my scalp it's definetely calmer and not ichy anymore immediately after my first use.
