Swollen eyelids
I was excited to try however this product gave me a rash on both eyelids and one of my eyelids completely swelled up! It looked like I had a terrible stye and it took days for my eye to return to normal. Don't understand how this is for sensitive skin

This cream is 100% the best
The best cream EVER. My skin was so dry ,sore and red and nothing else helped. I will never be without it again. ( and my skin specialist was impressed with it too).

Can you make a larger sized tub please
Best cream ever. Aged 50 and use morning and night. Its literally transformed my skin. Yes its a little thick, but works wonders for aging skin. Use a thin amount in mornings and layer it on overnight. Only wish they made bigger sizes as go through so much!

I have been using this product for one week.
Highly recommend.
I had extremely dry facial skin with blemishes from an illness, now my skin is so soft I wear it under a very light foundation.

Great results!
I have been using this product for a few months now, discovering it when i was suffering perioral dermatitis. I've noticed a massive difference in my skin, my pigmentation and acne scars are fading, my skin feels so soft, plump and hydrated and I've even noticed fewer fine lines! It's truly amazing.

Best thing I've ever used on my face
Literally the best balm I've ever used. cicaplast is not marketed as daily moisturizer but rather repairing balm, but still though, I use it as daily moisturizer (acne prone/oily skin) and my skin loves it! my skin feels super smooth and it clears up my worst acne day in less than 24 hours. I applied the balm thinly overnight, and when I woke up, the redness was gone and the acne had flattened!!! I will never live without Cicaplast anymore. I loooove you La Roche Posay!

Best for Moisturising!
Not only does this moisturiser without an oily residue, it also calms my skin when it's irritated! It is extremely hydrating and has definitely helped strengthen my skin barrier.
I can now try more products knowing my skin is more robust than before (I had extremely sensitive skin).
I use this together with toleraine cleaner, hyalu B5 serum, and anthelios dry touch sun screen. It's the routine that works for me: hydration, skin barrier strengthening and protection has made my skin happy and healthy.

A keeper
I slather this on at night after using tretinoin and it’s an absolutely powerhouse for keeping my skin hydrated and happy. Although this is intended for dry skin, I don’t find this to be too heavy or too much for my oily skin. This might be due to the drying nature of the tretinoin though. At any rate, I have been using it consistently for about 18 months and it’s definitely become a permanent feature in my routine.

Best post laser product I’ve used.
Have been using Cicaplast Baume B5 following a co2 laser. Have found it soothing and moisturising. It has assisted really assisted my post treatment healing process. Great product thanks!

Dries out badly
As a product for sensitive dry skin, it adds oil control ingredients and it dries out so badly, then why promoted as for sky skin? I'm super disappointed it make my skin worse.

Game changer!!!! Literally has saved my skin
I’ve struggled with very sensitive skin, eczema and acne for years. I had a chat with my pharmacist about struggling with dry inflamed skin and she recommended this product as my skin barrier was compromised. This product literally has saved my skin. I haven’t ever found a product that works consistently to the point where my skin looks so healthy and calm. I’ve had so many harsh and dry spots on my face that took ages to improve but with this treatment it completely eliminates it and prevents flare ups. This company really does it right. My skin finally feels so much better and I’m actually happy with my skin after a lifetime of insecurity.

Effective!
I had a very thick dry skin almost chapping on my face with redness (middle part of the cheek around the nose), then I saw this product and gave it a try, Just overnight, skin has been repaired and smooth again. Redness gone in just one night!
Btw, if I am going to use this everyday as part of my skin routine, when should I use this? before or after moisturizer?

Hate the new formula
Have been using this for years and this last tube I bought has been breaking me out my pores are completely clogged! I used twice a day everyday for years no issue but this new formula is horrible my skin has never been acne prone till now! Why change something that was perfect

Only product that works

Holy grail for acne scars
I purchased this product after months of battling acne, wasting thousands on expensive products, medications and supplements it is the only thing that has helped repair my skin both active acne and scarring. It is incredibly gentle and moisturising as someone who has sensitive dry skin this product has become my holy grail. I will never be without a bottle!

Made my face worse

Noticeable improvement

Incredibly hydrating you’ve got to try it.
I saw this product recommended by a dermatologist on social media. Lots of research later I purchase it and use it as a super hydrator before going to bed. I layer it on and wait for it to settle before bed. My skin loves me for it. It’s so gentle it’s my must have in my kit.

Wonder product
Previously I used this product on my upper lip. I recently felt sensitivity on my face and used on my face and neck. I have used for 3 days now and can see and feel a huge difference. I am over 60 and feel my face looks more even and smoother.

Saved my skin!

Skin got worse
Love most products from La Roche but this product in particular was a let down. I started to break out after a few uses, thought it was my eczema spreading to my face but after switching to another moisturiser it calm down

Iriitating product

Awesome but need a bulk pump!

Nice balm

Instant Difference
I can't believe I had wasted money on different skin care when I could've been getting these results all along! My face is smooth and a balanced colour (I had really bad dark circles and some redness around my nose and mouth) within 2 days it was just a crazy difference. I got this balm, the serum and the foaming gel and they're a great combo.

I’m devastated the formula has changed. It’s not as hydrating or soothing and made my skin itchy on application. Please bring back the old formulation. The balm used to be my daily go to now it’s just irritating my skin.

I have been using this cream for about 6 months.It is by far the best balm for dry,dry and very dry skin! The results are amazing.

Saved my face
This product was my saving grace! I had an awful chemical burn from a different product my skin was so dry and irritated and this product rehydrated my skin and soothed my skin!

5 stars hydrate product on sensitive skin
After doing laser got peeling on my face, and i keep using this cream, my skin feel hydrate, not feel uncomfortable for sensitive skin and my peeling recovered after 3 days, amazing!!!

Outstanding product from a great skincare range!
Another excellent product from this range. This product was recommended to me about four months ago, but have been unable to buy it in store. My order arrived quickly and I’m extremely pleased with how it has improved my skin care regime!
