BEST MOISTURISER EVER

Genuinely the best. I had severe sunburn in my face and after applying this product it was gone in ONE day. Always hydrates my skin. I wish there was a larger size.

Great for sensitive skin…

I have VERY sensitive skin so always had a reaction to most moisturiser I’ve used however decided to buy higher brand to try and loved this cream.. my skin felt moisturised. I would use the crème one for morning and Riche for night. I am currently on my second bottles but I have noticed there’s a smell now unlike the first bottle. I hope the formula has not changed as it would be a pity if I was to get a reaction.

Instantly calming, soothing and hydrating. Perfect for combination sensitive skin during cold windy winter. I use this a few nights a week and it doesn't make my combination skin break out. It is so affordable, you will not believe the results! I used to buy expensive heavy creams for my Winter skin routine, but now I will not trust anything else. Believe the hype! Favourite new cleanser!

This product has literally saved my skin! I suffer from Rosacea & have sensitive skin. I have tried many cleansers that say they will reduce redness yet didn’t help my skin. This hands down is the best cleanser I’ve ever used . So gentle & leaves my skin feeling much calmer . Doesn’t irritate my skin like many other skincare brands I’ve tried. Thankyou! I will be a customer for life!

Irritates skin

Very disappointed. This has made my skin worse and has a strange smell. I have no reaction and love the non rich formula which soothes the skin immediately. Please advise what is the difference in the formula.

Where are the ceramides in the ingredient list?

I've used this and it's pretty good. It's described as a product with ceramides, however ceramides seem not to be listed in ths ingredients. Can you point it out and explain what derivative of ceramides are there?

Caused terrible redness, itchiness and irritation

I purchased this product last week, was hoping it could help to rescue my dry skin after winter and the changing weather. However, 2 seconds after the first application, my face started to itch, my cheeks turned red, and the skin close to my eyebrows and jaws started having some red lumps. It was pretty scary. I thought it was just a reaction when we use a product for the 1st time. I gave it another try the morning after. The same reactions occurred again, people at work kept asking me if I was ok as my face looked so red. Then the worst thing is in the afternoon when I came home from work, my hubby opened the door and he was horrified when he saw me, he asked what’s the matter because my whole face looked sooooo red and there were lots of rashes and lumps all over my face. I was absolutely scared of seeing my face in the mirror. I had to stop using it on my face, but decided to give it the last chance by testing it on my arms. Oh my goodness, 30 mins after applying this cream on my arms, they also turned red and started itching, just as how my face reacted to it before. I am extremely disappointed with this product and not sure what they put in there to make my skin react to it so badly this way. My skin didn’t ever react to any product this way. I rarely have pimples, most of the time my skin is smooth and radiant, just dry sometimes when the weather changes. I truly need an explanation from La Roche Posay because what it claims to help sensitive skin is completely different from what I experienced. I really hope La Roche Posay will take some REAL action on this issue, as I would hate to see anyone else affected in a similar way to my experience.

Please bring back the old one

I was so in love with Toleriane Riche, this Toleriane Sensitive Riche is too rich and not the right consistency, what I loved about the old cream was that it was rich while still being so light. Toleriane Sensitive Riche is too heavy, it does not have the same light and nourishing quality and I do not like the smell as much. I am very disappointed and very lost as it was my favorite go-to cream and I always thought that Laroche Posay had the best products, I am not sure where to look anymore. It is going a huge loss in my life. Please bring it back, it was the best quality basic cream.

Irritated my super sensitive skin

This moisturiser left my sensitive skin stinging on the first application - I had to wash it off after a few minutes as the stinging sensation was not going away. I have tried it again several times since with the same results. I'm not sure what is causing this irritation, but I was not able to continue using it. I was so disappointed, as I love the fact that it has no fragrance - something else that I'm also very sensitive to. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this product if you are super sensitive like me.

Toleraine Riche Formula Change!

Please please please change the toleraine riche formula back to the original! As many others have pointed out on forums online the new product now marketed as "sensitive" is horribly irritating when this was the only product that helped my dry skin. I am now having to look to other brands

Perfect Winter Face Moisturiser

I brought this at the start of winter to help combat dry skin on my face. I’ve tried many expensive moisturisers filled with fancy ingredients to try and combat dry skin in the winter, but I’ll never use another moisturiser again. Within a week my skin was clear of any dry patches, plump and moisturised. It’s thick and you may be concerned it will be greasy upon first application, but it sinks into the skin and is perfect under makeup. I’m in my 20s and after 2 months of use had no issue with breakouts either. Wonderful product.

Moisturising without the pimple side effect

I am over 50 so my skin is dry anyway but I also have psoriasis on my face and am on a retinoid that completely dries my skin out. This product is superb. My face feels immediately hydrated and it soothes the burn I occasionally feel with the retinoid. This entire range has been a godsend.

Amazing! Love it!

I love this cream! I have dry skin and this cream leaves it feeling nourished and looking refreshed. It absorbs really well and is great under makeup. My only gripe is the packaging, I find that the hard stiff tube makes it difficult to extract the right amount of product, I always end up with too much, then towards the end of the tube I can't get the product out, I have to take the scissor and cut it open and I can use what in there for an extra two weeks.
